About FEELZ

Serious about the stretch. Good energy all round.

FEELZ Stretch Performance is a one-to-one assisted stretching studio in Orchard Shopping Centre, right in the middle of Orchard.

Our approach is about movement and wellness, not just stretching or massage. For bodies that train hard. And bodies that sit hard.

The story

Black walls. Green turf. A little neon.

FEELZ was founded by Hyder Hydre: 13 years in the fitness industry, coming into his ninth year as a stretch therapist, and a six-time Classic Bodybuilding Champion. He has worked with clients from 9 to 81.

“Be better, get better each day. Health is the ultimate wealth.”

The studio feels more like a training club than a spa or a clinic. You’ll find us at 321 Orchard Road, #04-01/02 Orchard Shopping Centre.

Everyone who walks in gets the same thing: a therapist who listens, a stretch that fits their body, and no pressure to be flexible already.

Our approach

Movement and wellness. Not just stretching or massage.

Personal attention, not a production line. A warm welcome, without the pretence.

Our therapists

Good hands. Good people.

10 therapists, each with their own background and style. Read their bios, then book the one who fits.

Meet the therapists

First time?

What to expect in your first session

Not a class to keep up with. Not a routine to figure out alone. One therapist, one-to-one, shaped around you.

  1. Arrive and chat.

Tell your therapist what feels tight, how you spend your day and what you want to get out of it. No jargon needed.

  2. Stretch on the bench.

You lie back and your therapist does the work: assisted stretches, explained as you go, with regular check-ins on how it feels.

  3. Leave with a feel for it.

Talk through how the session felt and what to keep working on, between sessions and next time.
